FAQ and Store Policy

    • Orders will be processed and shipped after the pre-order period ends.

    • We are U.S. based, and until further notice, are not shipping outside of U.S. regions. 
    • We will do our best to ensure that no packages go damaged during transit with safe packaging, however once they are on their way, we cannot ensure their safety as it is out of our control.

flower dotReplacements and Refunds

    • We will only accept cancellations or refunds within the first hour of purchase if there was a duplicate purchase or one made by mistake. 
    • We can resend an order if:
      • package is damaged or lost during transit (at fault of the courier)
      • the package is returned to us upon unavailability to receive it.
    • Full Replacement with Free Shipping When:
      • We send you the wrong item or something is missing.
      • The item is heavily damaged (not due to shipping) or missing parts. 
    • No Replacements If:
      • There are common mass-printing errors in terms of slight color variation or light dust/scratches in transit.
